Benchmark Building Consultants Pty Ltd (BBC) is a professional building surveying and building consultancy firm operating throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Country Victoria.
BBC’s principal business is in building surveying, essential safety measures consulting and energy ratings, including general regulatory consulting associated with the building industry.
BBC has a network of contacts through out the building industry with other associated building professionals providing access to a broad base of expertise including architects, draftspersons, engineers, town planners, developers, state and local government departments, builders, land surveyors and energy raters.
We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, professional and customer focused service whilst being readily available to assist all clients. We also understand the practical side to applying building legislation and the litigation involved with issues that may occur on site.
