Handy Hints to doing title searches:
- If you order the title the plan of subdivision is free.
- Be sure to check for Covenants and Section 173 Agreements on your title and obtain them if applicable as they may affect to your building project.
- Titles also provide evidence of ownership.
- You can select to have the title emailed, faxed or even click on 'your orders' to get it while your logged on.
